It’s common knowledge that the right soundtrack can revive your ‘get-up-and-go’ and help you stay pumped throughout your workout. It helps to distract you from exertion, ups your effort, helps put and keep you in ‘the zone’, aides self-paced exercises such as running or weight-lifting and even elevates your mood.
