You will need to bring a copy of your ticket on race day for scanning (either printed out or on your phone). You will have been emailed this when you registered. To get hold of your ticket again, click on ‘PRINT MY TICKET‘.
If you have lost your password to your Eventbrite account, click on ‘GET MY PASSWORD‘. If someone booked your ticket for you, you will need them to do this for you.

- Can I change my wave time on the day?
– Yes, please let registration know on the day
- What time should I get there?
– You should get there 1 hour before your start time (your start time is on your ticket under ‘Important Information’
- Are there any showers or washing facilities?
– No, there are not
- If I purchase a season pass can I use it to run this weekend or is it too late.
– Yes, please contact and registration on the day
- I’m due to race on Saturday and have been I’ll & don’t feel well enough to take part. Is it possible to do a name change or sell my ticket or get a refund?
– You can change runners up to an including race day by clicking on ‘CHANGE MY TICKET’ above. For a refund, email before the end of race day. Refunds are subject to a £10 admin fee and not available if you contact after race day.
- I’ve picked up an injury – Can I transfer my ticket to next year?
– Yes, as long as you contact us before race day, you can transfer you entry to a following event for a £10 admin fee. Please contact to request this. After race day, transfers are not available.
- Can I volunteer on the day and still take part in the last race that day?
– No. You need to volunteer for the whole day
