1.3 Unless specifically stated otherwise, DDR is not responsible for the information relating to DDR on the Website and makes no warranty in respect of its timeliness, accuracy or availability. The information provided is subject to DDR’s Privacy Policy which you should read before accessing such information.

2.1 By entering the Website, and/or any page accessible on the Website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below and the provisions of the Privacy Policy (“Terms”) without modification.
