Team entry is really easy, create a team (for free), pay for yourself and then invite your friends to pay for themselves (you don’t have to pay for everyone). You can book as a team and save money but still run as an individual if you want.
For team’s of over 20, email to get a refund on the team leader’s entry (refunds are paid after the event).
Transferring your entry
It is free to transfer your entry to another person up until and including race day if done on-line – please click here to do so. Please note that we are unable to transfer places for you.
There is a £5 admin fee (per runner/per race) to change entries at the race on the day. You’ll need to bring the ticket of the person you are replacing and go to ‘Cash and Swaps’ at the Registration tent.

Refunds
Entries are fully refundable (subject to £20 admin fee per person/per race) up to and including race day. After that, refunds are not available. Please email us at to request refund.
Upgrading to a 3 race pass or season pass
It is possible to upgrade your entry to a 3 race pass or season anytime during the same year. You will need to pay a £20 admin fee and pay the difference. Please note that no refunds are available if you have already paid more than the cost of a pass. Please email us at to upgrade

Upon completing registration, you will receive an email outlining the details of the event (directions, times etc). Race packs, which will include race numbers and timing chips will be handed out at the event on the day so you need to be at the event at least an hour before your race start time.
You can book on the day but may not be able to choose which start time, we’ll do our best but can’t make any promises. You will need to get there early as there maybe a queue, we recommend at least an hour before the last start time. We only accept cash on the day.
