You’ll learn how to master obstacles safely and efficiently. Each session will be unique and tailored to your needs.
Master classes are for those wanting to learn obstacle techniques whether you've never done a race in your life or if you want to win the next World Championships, literally all levels of ability!

There's no better obstacle racing coach in the UK. [Doug's] ability to break the movements down in detail and provide a coherent and structured approach to mastering new skills makes him the 'go-to' man.
You can book as an individual or with your mates (subject to availability). Classes will be limited to 3 pupils to ensure everyone gets personal attention. Booking is on a first come first served basis.
Classes start at 09.30am and finish at 12.00pm on selected Saturday mornings.

Want to book a private master class? You can book Doug for a private master class for you and for friends during the week or on a weekend by appointment. Private master classes are two and a half hours long.

The infamous Backyard Jam is 10 minutes South of Tunbridge Wells on the Kent/East Sussex border. You will be sent the address in your email confirmation.
Gym/training/racing kit. You’re going to be climbing over obstacles so something appropriate and something you’re not too precious about. Bring water proofs in case it rains and bring liquids to stay hydrated (plus any food that you may need).
Nope! We train in all weather. Come rain or shine, we train!
Master classes are not a fitness session. The fitter you are, the more you'll be able to learn but our sessions are about building confidence and we can work with all levels of fitness and ability.
