Dirty Dozen Races are proud to announce the first of its obstacle race training days at BC Revolution. Join Doug ‘The Beard’ Spence and his Dream Team (PT Mitch, PT Emz and Stuart Amory PT) for 2 hours of expert training at BC Revolution HQ in Rayne, Essex.

How much is it?
It is £30 per person for 2 hours of expert training where you will be taught by The Beard and his Dream Team.

Bootcamp Revolution Obstacle course in Rayne, Essex.

Meet point and parking at Rayne Station Booking Hall Cafe Car Park, Station Road, Rayne, Essex, CM77 6RX. There are toilet facilities and refreshments available here. Please note, there is a short walk from our meet point to camp of approx 0.65 mile (please see directions below). You will need to be at the car park 15 minutes before your start time.

When is it
Saturday 13th June 2015. There are 3 training slots available, each 2 hours long.
9.30am – 11.30am
12.30pm – 2.30pm
3.30pm – 5:30pm

whats included
You will receive 2 hours of expert OCR training from Doug and his Dream Team including the following:

Technique:
Individual obstacle technique training with each member of the Dream Team where you will learn how to get over walls, climb ropes and conquer monkey bars plus a chance to perfect safe landing techniques.

Race simulation:
Whether you are new to obstacle racing or a seasoned racer, our obstacle race simulation (timed or un-timed, it’s your choice) will give you the opportunity to put your new techniques in to practise, experience the adrenalin fuelled thrill of running shoulder to shoulder with your team mates, or challenge your friends to find out who’s the Don of the day!!

Q&A:
Each member of the Dirty Dozen Dream Team have been carefully selected, for their experience, knowledge and specialist fields: ranging from technique, agility and speed conditioning, run coaching, race nutrition and resistance training and you will be able to ask all the questions you want after the training in the Q&A session.

Limited edition tee shirt:
At the end of your session, you’ll receive your limited edition ‘trained by ‘The Beard’ and the ‘Dream Team’ tee shirt.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to allow our team to meet everyone, review your form, discuss any concerns regarding your health or fitness that you may have listed in your form and receive session briefing and Health & Safety points

Please ensure you bring the following:

– Suitable fitness clothing and foot wear, you don’t mind getting dirty
– A towel and clean, dry clothes for your journey home
– a drink
– any medication you may require during your visit
– A completed and signed copy of the this ParQ form (physical activity readiness questionnaire). Please note you will not be able to participant without a completed ParQ form. Click here to download

– Leave M11 Junction 8A, merge on to A120
– Stay on A120
– At Panners continue forward. At Panners Roundabout, take 1st exit on to Pods Brook Road (B1256 – signposted Braintree Town Centre)
– At roundabout take first exit on to Rayne Road (sign posted Rayne)
– Continue until traffic lights/cross roads with Park and Swan Pub
– To straight over Cross roads, after 3rd speed bump (with zebra crossing) turn left on to Station Road.
– At the bottom of Station Road is a car park, toilets and cafe.

You will be welcomed by a member of the BC Revolution Team in the car park at the back of the building.

– Arrive at Braintree Train Station (accessible from London Liverpool street, Stratford, Chelmsford, Witham and Colchester
– Once you arrive in Braintree, take the 133 bus towards Stansted (ensuring it stops in Rayne Village en route)
– Alternatively, there is a taxi rank directly opposite Braintree Train station
